Hydratron Hand Operated Pumps are used for oil or water as their wetted parts are manufactured from stainless steel. The range features nine different models with 25,000 PSI (1725 bar) being the maximum output pressure capacity available.

The range includes both single piston and double piston models. A low and a high pressure piston each make up the double piston unit. Due to this provision, a single unit can achieve a dual purpose of giving high pressure operation with faster filling.

The pump is available completely assembled in a power pack containing a 1 gallon tank (4.5 ltr), pressure release valve and outlet pressure gauge and mounted within a stainless steel mounting frame. This kind of an assembly facilitates on site pressure testing since it contains the required controls and tools within a single pack.

The pumps can be custom-made according to personal preferences by fitting them with larger sized tanks, built-in pressure cut-offs, safety relief valves and test gauges with larger diameters. To facilitate easy manoeuvring, the pumps are even available in wheel-mounted versions.
