Hydratron has a full range of benches and valve test rigs that are suited for testing a variety of valves such as Actuator, globe, butterfly, gate, needle, ball, safety relief, and pressure relief. During testing pressures of up to 30,000 PSA (2.000 Bar) are used to test liquid or gas as the medium. Hydraton offers hydraulic clamping systems that have test flanges or test stubs that are fully adjustable. Until the valve is in a fully clamped position, the interlocked test compartments are able to be included so that test pressure can’t be applied to the valve. PLC fully automated test rigs can be constructed to order even though the basic controls are standard by design. Full data logging is an option and full instrumentation is provided that allows data to be transmitted and charts to be printed.
